At Avira Jewellery, we want you to shop with confidence. We follow a simple and transparent policy for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

For Imitation Jewellery:

• You can raise a return request within 7 days of delivery of your order.
• Products purchased during special offers, sales, or promotional campaigns may be subject to specific return conditions.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and returned with their original packaging and tags intact.
• The product must be returned in its original condition without any damage, scratches, or alterations.
• An unboxing video is required to process claims for missing, damaged, or incorrect items. Please record the package being opened from its sealed condition.

Initiating a Return Request:

1. Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or Email within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your Order ID and registered contact number.
3. Mention the reason for the return and share the required product images/videos.
4. Our team will review your request and confirm the return eligibility.
5. Once approved, return pickup or return instructions will be shared with you.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and successfully inspected.
• Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
• COD Orders: Refunds will be processed to the UPI or bank account details provided by you.
• Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method and bank.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Products that have been used, worn, altered, damaged, or returned without original packaging.
• Custom-made or personalized jewellery, if applicable.
• Products purchased under clearance or final sale, as mentioned on the product page.
• Items returned after the 7-day return window.
